    Before You Submit a Support Request

    A clear support request helps the RECRUSO team respond faster. Before you submit your ticket, please include:

    • What you were trying to do
    • What happened instead
    • The name of the worker, client, booking or timesheet involved, if relevant
    • Any error message you can see
    • A screenshot, if you have one
